I worked with Crystal Collins and she really is such a wonderful person. She went above and beyond to help me out of a difficult situation and didn’t judge me or make me feel uncomfortable where I had hit road blocks with other companies. I left with a sense of relief and I definitely would recommend her to anyone I know. It’s hard to find people who really care and want to work with you and Crystal does all of that. I have nothing but good things to say.

I was skeptical of coming to freeway as I have been always trusting of the big names companies such as progressive / Geico, but honestly best decision I have ever made ! The personalized experience I am getting specially with the branch manager Amanda miller. Last minute changes , above and beyond customer service is amazing. Coming from a 14 year hospitality background I sometimes expect hospitality from some companies but with freeway it’s given ! I recommend freeway insurance to all my friends and colleagues alike ! Kudos to the regional director as her team is going above and beyond expectations ! I’m a very happy and loyal customer

I spent many hours calling different insurance agencies trying to find someone to help me with coverage. Freeway insurance made all of those hurdles so much easier and quicker, everything was done with basically one phone call. I am thankful to Angela for her helping me today.

Normally when speaking to someone at the multiple locations they have, I feel as if I am not listened to and rushed off the phone. Today Ms. Debra Pilliod took her time to walk through the business I had, and made sure everything was sent and received with patience, understanding, and one thing we need now more than ever in this world-GRACE!! Thank you so much for being so awesome!!!! You are definitely one of that company's best assets!!!

Got a call from an agent reminding me of my insurance renewal. When I expressed my concerns, she was patient and super helpful! Out of all my years it was the best assistance I’ve ever received. By the end of the call I had no more questions or concerns because she covered it all. Danielle is great!

I Have had the Amazing Pleasure of a great Insurance Agent named Cindy. A very beyond sweet young woman with patience. She was beyond sweet with helping me shop around. She gave me her personal number to get back in contact the same day. Answered all my hardest questions and with that I immediately purchased with her.
